Yes. Every new account gets 6 free credits, which expire after a month. Without a subscription you run one task at a time and see the media you created in the last 7 days.

Monthly plans add their credits at the start of every billing cycle. Yearly plans are paid once a year, and their cards show the monthly figure to make comparing easy: that amount is added at the start of each month of the year, beginning right after you buy. Plan credits expire at the end of the month they were added for; credit pack credits never expire.

We convert a plan’s credits into an approximate number of videos or images using typical supported settings. What you actually get depends on the model, duration, resolution, number of outputs and other settings.

Yes. Buy a credit pack whenever your plan’s credits run low. It leaves your subscription tier and everything your plan includes exactly as they are.

Yes. Pick a bigger plan on the pricing page. On the same billing period, the new plan takes over at your next billing date; moving from monthly to yearly starts right away and charges the yearly price. Before you confirm, you see what is charged and when. Moving to a smaller plan isn’t available.

Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing. You won’t be charged again, and your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

No. When a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
